It’s both my pleasure and honor to acknowledge Lesley Taylor for presenting her research and book “The Dynamic Introvert” to our People team at Hootsuite’s Vancouver headquarters. Lesley’s candid style and humor won over the team of ~40 staff the moment she began speaking. Her presentation was loaded with application and insight. Overall, she is a wonderful speaker and the information was very positive and provided actual tools to support good theories that have been well researched. So if you get a chance to bring her into your organization or conference, do it before someone else books her!

Again, thank you for your session. It was very well received! I heard great feedback in the food lineup afterwards from those who attended. You are serving a unique niche.

“Wow…that was pretty amazing. Thanks for the webinar Alumni UBC. Taylor had some very insightful things to say about introverts. After leading a company for almost 30 years as an introvert, it was great to be validated in many of the things I felt were going on and how I was viewed. Succeeding despite being an introvert…a good feeling!”

In less than an hour, I felt empowered, me…an Introvert!  Lesley Taylor led a round table titled, The Introvert Advantage: How Introverts Can Help Us Win the War for Talent.  The room was filled with human resource professionals from every industry who wanted to learn how to attract these purposeful and passionate future employees.

Lesley used her research to describe ‘who’ the Introvert employee is, and then she led us through activities that got us to think and plan for them in our workplace. An author, researcher and presenter, Lesley’s session was informative, interactive and empowering. As an introvert and an HR Professional, I enjoyed this session a lot!
